CaseSlate
CaseSlate is scheduling software for surgeons' offices. The office scheduler uploads a surgery order sheet, CaseSlate reads it, and then emails the device and implant company representatives, monitoring companies and facilities that need to know about the case — and emails them again when the time, date, facility or status changes.
How email works
Each office connects its own email account in CaseSlate's Settings (for example, a Google Workspace account). Every notification is sent from that account, so representatives see the office as the sender and reply to the office. CaseSlate only sends the notification emails the office's scheduler creates; it does not read the office's mailbox.
Who can use it
CaseSlate accounts are set up for each office; there is no public sign-up.
